This is an open cluster with numerous faint stars densely packed.. Individual stars are bright and completely resolved. It is a fine sight. A bright red star at the center is conspicuous. The distribution of stars is uniform, but if you look at it carefully, many strings of stars will be recognized; for example, the letter S located south of the central star.
