It is 0.6 degree across. It is a very large and elongated globular. As the central concentration is rather weak, it is resolved cleanly to the center without any blurring. The core is slightly misshapen appearing crescent. There is a dark area in the northeast. Just outside this, there is a small cluster of three stars. The nebulosity is very large but faint and clearly elongated. Chains of stars are not conspicuous; instead, there are clusters of stars scattered around.
