This is a globular cluster in Ophiuchus. It is 10 degrees east from a pair of globulars. It is fairly bright and large. The center of the globular is even in brightness and no core is seen. At 110x it is not well resolved and only a few faint stars are visible. With averted vision it looks clearly grainy. At 150x and 200x it is resolved into closely packed faint stars.
